POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Welcome to our Policies and Procedures page, where we strive to provide complete transparency. This is where you can find detailed explanations of our policies and procedures, including our commitment to customer satisfaction, product return policies, and in-house regulations.
Refunds
Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive if you let us know within three days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please call or text us at 204-822-8077. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Returns
Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within 30 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if they are at least half full - we give our employees full discretion to evaluate the product. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary. If you would like to avoid keeping your receipts, please ensure you provide account information at checkout during the initial purchase so we can keep a record.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require 24hr notice for haircuts, styling, and single spa services. For hair colouring and multiple spa appointments, we require 48hr notice. Failing to give appropriate notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Continuous cancellations/no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service in question.

In case of an emergency or sudden illness, please reach out.
Late Fees
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled. Please call or text us at 204-822-8077 if you know you are going to be over late so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.
Food & Drink
We understand some appointments take longer than others or may be scheduled over your normal meal time - please feel free to bring in your own or enjoy our complimentary snacks and refreshments. Your service provider may ask you to refrain from eating/drinking during certain portions of your service when necessary.
